JOB OVERVIEW

We run a growing portfolio of faceless YouTube channels in finance, business, and psychology. Our software makes the videos automatically — we need smart Channel Managers to run the channels.

You will manage 3–4 channels and own them end-to-end:

? Set up your channels from scratch: create the Gmail accounts and YouTube channels (following our exact setup guide), channel art, descriptions
? Research winning video topics using our proven method (full training + research tool provided) - We will give you topics for the first week
? Turn topics into scripts using our in-house AI writing tool — you guide it, it drafts
? Generate the finished video in our video software (one click — no editing, no design)
? Upload to YouTube: title, thumbnail text, description, tags, schedule
? Log results in a tracker, quick daily check-in

? NO video editing (software does it)
? NO camera / voice work
? NO cold calling or sales

PAY: $175 USD per week — paid EVERY WEEK, never wait for month-end. Performance bonuses when your videos overperform. Paid one-week trial at full rate before permanent hire.

GROWTH: Our best Channel Managers become Team Leads managing their own team as we scale to 20+ staff this year, with higher pay.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written English — this is a writing-heavy role and you will be tested
Reliable full-time availability, self-managed, hits daily deadlines
Comfortable setting up Google/YouTube accounts carefully and following security steps exactly
Stable internet + own computer
