JOB OVERVIEW

We run consistent deal flow through a active acquisitions pipeline and need a driven closer to take contracts, find the right cash buyer, and get deals to the closing table fast.

What You Will Do:
Build and maintain the cash buyer database with 10 or more new buyers added every shift
Market every new contract to matched buyers within 24 hours of receiving it
Call, qualify, and present deals to buyers using a proven script
Collect EMD and lock in a primary and backup buyer on every deal
Track all activity, offers, and follow ups in GoHighLevel and Closing Command
Work a structured follow up cadence from Day 1 blast through Day 7 final push
Submit an EOD report every single day with no exceptions
Hand off locked deals cleanly to the TC team with a complete file

What We Are Looking For:

Background in real estate wholesaling or investment sales, dispositions preferred
Comfortable on the phone closing cash buyers and handling objections
Understands assignment contracts, double closes, EMD, and inspection windows
Detail oriented — if it is not in the CRM it did not happen
Self starter who hits daily numbers without hand holding
GoHighLevel experience is a plus
