Schedule: 20–30 Hours per Week

We are not a traditional tax-preparation firm that speaks to clients once a year. We combine proactive tax planning, accounting, financial planning and wealth-building guidance to help clients make better financial decisions throughout the year.

Our ideal clients are primarily business owners in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania who:

Generate approximately $1 million or more in annual revenue
Pay $100,000 or more in federal income taxes
Need proactive tax planning rather than basic tax preparation
Want to improve cash flow and build long-term wealth
THE POSITION

We are hiring a hands-on Growth Operations Manager to help build, organize, launch and manage our marketing and client-acquisition systems.

This is not simply a social media posting position.

You will work directly with the firm's founder, a CPA and Certified Financial Planner, to turn marketing ideas into functioning campaigns, funnels, automations and measurable results.

You should be comfortable taking an objective such as “generate more qualified appointments” and converting it into a clear implementation plan.

The right person is organized, technically capable, analytical and proactive. You identify problems, recommend solutions and execute without requiring constant supervision.

YOUR PRIMARY MISSION

Build and operate a reliable marketing system that attracts qualified business owners and converts them into booked consultations.
