About Us
TYS, S.L.U. is an international company based in the Principality of Andorra. For many years, we have provided crew placement services for the superyacht industry.

As part of our continued growth, we have expanded into software development. We currently have one software product in the market, another awaiting its official release, and a third scheduled for launch at the end of Q1 2027.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Creative Media Producer to join our team. If you enjoy producing engaging videos and eye-catching visual content, have a strong sense of creativity, and are always looking for ways to improve your work, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Summary
As our Creative Media Producer, you will be responsible for producing engaging video and graphic content for our software products and social media channels.

We're looking for someone with a creative eye and a passion for storytelling through visuals. While experience is important, we value creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn just as much. We want someone who enjoys taking an idea and making it even better.

Key Responsibilities
* Produce engaging short-form and long-form videos using DaVinci Resolve.
* Create graphics and visual assets for our social media channels using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to turn ideas into engaging visual content.
* Suggest creative improvements that enhance the final output rather than simply following instructions.
* Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all content.
* Organize and manage project files efficiently.
* Stay up to date with current video editing, design, and social media trends.

Requirements
* Experience using DaVinci Resolve for video editing, or strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional video editing software) with a willingness to transition to and work exclusively in DaVinci Resolve.
* Experience creating graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.
* A strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work.
* A good understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Able to accept feedback and continuously improve.
* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
* Good written and spoken English.

Working Hours
* Full-time, remote
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Andorra Time)
* One-hour unpaid lunch break

Compensation & Benefits
* Starting salary: PHP 20,000 per month
* Six (6) month probationary period
* Salary review based on performance after probation
* 20 Vacation Leave (VL) days per year
* 15 Sick Leave (SL) days per year
* Philippine holidays observed
* Employee Medical Support Fund after successful completion of probation
