JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

Steel City Investment Properties is looking for an acquisitions specialist to help source off-market investment properties.

Responsibilities:

* Scrub Facebook real estate/wholesaler groups for deals
* Reach out to wholesalers and build relationships
* Analyze properties by pulling comps and calculating ARV
* Estimate repairs and determine if deals meet our buying criteria
* Present qualified deals to our team

Requirements:

* Experience comping houses and calculating ARV
* Knowledge of real estate investing and wholesale deals
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* 2 years experience is required
