We're hiring a full-time Remote Operations Coordinator to support a fast-growing home services company based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Our customers contact us during some of the most stressful times in their lives. Whether they're dealing with property damage, insurance claims, or scheduling repairs, they rely on us to communicate clearly, stay organized, and deliver an exceptional experience.

# What You'll Be Responsible For
## Customer Communication
* Answer inbound phone calls professionally
* Schedule appointments
* Respond to
* Follow up with leads and existing customers
* Keep customers informed throughout every stage of their project
* Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction

## Project Coordination
* Track active projects from beginning to completion
* Keep projects moving on schedule
* Coordinate with field staff and office personnel
* Ensure work authorizations and required documents are completed
* Keep customer files organized and current inside our CRM
* Identify issues before they become larger problems

## Sales Support
* Follow up on estimates
* Contact customers who have not yet made a decision
* Schedule follow-up appointments
* Document customer conversations accurately

## Billing & Collections
* Verify customer deposits have been received
* Monitor progress payments
* Follow up on unpaid invoices
* Help collect outstanding balances professionally

## Insurance Coordination
* Communicate with insurance representatives
* Track claim progress
* Help ensure required documentation is submitted promptly
