JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Support / Player Support VA — Aussie Social Sports Company (Full-Time, Long-Term)
?53,000/month + up to ?5,000 monthly KPI bonus + 13th-month pay

SportUP runs social netball, basketball and volleyball competitions across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Australia. Thousands of players, dozens of venues, comps running year-round. You'll work alongside our Filipino Ops Lead and report to our Australian HQ.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, written and spoken (5-star rating)
Online and available 9am to 5pm PHT, Monday–Friday (yes, you'll need to be online and available for this entire period — no other engagements, no other clients)
2+ years of customer support or social media experience responding to clients
HIGH attention to detail
Experience creating reports and doing data analysis
What will you be doing?

Respond to customer emails, Live Chat & social media enquiries (and comments)
Respond to Live Chat enquiries on our website
Email updates to customers about competition updates
Follow up teams and individuals for customer retention
Manage our Facebook Subs Group and assist in finding fill-ins for teams
Use our software to send game notifications out each Friday
Manage forfeits from teams
Other admin and reporting tasks as needed
