About One Manta

One Manta is an international construction materials procurement and supply company serving commercial contractors, developers, government agencies, utilities, industrial customers, and infrastructure projects.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team and help build the online presence of our growing portfolio of companies.

About the Position

This is not a traditional website editing or virtual assistant position.

As our AI Website Content & Wix Production Specialist, you'll help build and maintain thousands of high-quality pages across multiple company websites using Wix Studio, AI tools, and our internal production systems.

You'll work with structured templates and AI to efficiently produce professional pages while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and SEO.

As our company grows, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow into leadership roles within our content production team.

Responsibilities

• Build and edit pages in Wix Studio

• Use AI tools to create and improve website content

• Format pages using company templates

• Upload and organize images

• Create AI image prompts

• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, and on-page SEO

• Add internal links between pages

• Review pages for quality and consistency

• Follow detailed production standards

• Help improve our content production systems

• Assist with new website projects as our company expands

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in written English

• Highly organized

• Extremely detail-oriented

• Comfortable learning new software

• Interested in AI and productivity tools

• Able to follow detailed instructions

• Self-motivated

• Dependable

• Able to work independently

• Interested in long-term employment

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Wix Studio

• Wix Editor

• SEO

• ChatGPT or other AI tools

• Website content editing

• WordPress

• Graphic editing (Canva is a plus)

• Microsoft Excel

• Google Workspace

• Content Management Systems (CMS)
