JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled short-form video editor to turn raw bike footage into engaging YouTube Shorts. You'll receive 10 video ideas per batch, each with up to 6 source clips and detailed editing instructions (style, pacing, captions, music, transitions).

Responsibilities:
Edit fast-paced, engaging short-form videos (under 60 seconds) optimized for YouTube Shorts
Add captions/subtitles, music, sound effects, and transitions
Follow provided briefs closely while adding creative input where relevant
Deliver videos in the correct format/aspect ratio (9:16) on time

Requirements:
Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Strong sense of pacing and hook-driven storytelling
Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Able to work with provided raw footage and follow written briefs
Nice to have: experience with action sports/cycling content.
