JOB OVERVIEW

**CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR**

THE ROLE:

Soar is hiring a Creator Partnerships Coordinator to message and vet new SideShift applicants and leads every day.

You’ll be the first person many creators speak with, so your judgment and communication matter. We want someone who genuinely understands why one creator feels instantly watchable while another probably won’t perform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* DM and follow up with creators
* Send and test simple templated openers which you'll then turn into a natural conversation
* Review TikTok and Instagram content
* Identify creators with strong UGC and viral potential
* D ---------- which creators we should pursue and which are worth more
* Keep conversations organized

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

* Excellent written English, fluent in casual and professional texting
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and UGC
* A sharp, internet-native eye for content and creators
* Good judgment around content quality and genuine performance
* Consistency, organization, and reliable daily availability

* Do not actually contact anyone
