JOB OVERVIEW

???? Hiring: Supply Chain & Order Issue Manager (E-commerce)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain & Order Issue Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving order-related issues, ensuring smooth fulfillment processes, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

???? Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve all order issues (out-of-stock, delays, address errors, etc.)
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Communicate with suppliers daily to track and resolve delays
Handle customer communication through structured email cycles
Monitor and process refunds efficiently and correctly
Track all issues in internal systems (SCM sheets, Shopify, etc.)
Perform daily checks on all open orders and ensure no unresolved cases remain
Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Listers, Managers)
Maintain and update product listings based on stock availability
Deliver a detailed End-of-Day report with all actions and updates
???? What You’ll Be Handling Daily
Out-of-stock products, sizes, and variants
Supplier delays and fulfillment issues
Orders pending longer than 7–8 days
Shipping delays and compensation handling
Address errors, RTS (Return to Sender), and pickup issues
Stock inventory checks and updates

You will follow structured workflows and processes similar to:

Experience in e-commerce (Dropshipping is a MUST)
Strong problem-solving mindset
Highly organized and detail-focused
Ability to handle multiple orders/issues simultaneously
Excellent written communication (English required)
Comfortable working with tools like Shopify, Slack/ ---------- , Google Sheets
Ability to follow SOPs strictly and execute consistently
