JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone with real, hands-on experience in Government Contracting—not someone looking to learn from scratch.

Your Responsibilities
Find federal, state, and local government bid opportunities.
Review solicitations and prepare bid summaries.
Complete proposal forms and compliance documents.
Track deadlines, addenda, and required submissions.
Find subcontracting opportunities with prime contractors.
Research awarded contracts and help us connect with prime contractors in our local market.
We Are Looking For Experience In
Government bids (RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, ITBs)
Proposal preparation
Compliance reviews
Procurement portals ( ---------- and state/local portals)
Subcontracting research and outreach
To Be Considered, You MUST Include
Your years of Government Contracting experience.
Three government projects or proposals you personally worked on.
Exactly what you did on those projects.
A sample of your work (bid summary, compliance matrix, proposal tracker, or similar document with confidential information removed).
The procurement portals you have used.
Your expected hourly rate.
