JOB OVERVIEW

Title: Recruitment Operations Manager — Candidate Screening & Hiring Coordination

We are a fast-growing digital media company looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Operations Manager to manage the early and middle stages of our hiring process.

You will review applications, evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, follow up with applicants, maintain accurate hiring records and ensure that only qualified candidates reach the CEO for a final interview.

This is not only an administrative role. You must have strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make intelligent decisions without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

* Review applications and confirm that candidates followed all instructions.
* Evaluate applicants’ experience, written answers, portfolios and overall suitability.
* Send interview links to qualified candidates.
* Review completed interviews using position-specific criteria.
* D ---------- whether candidates should be rejected, assessed further or advanced.
* Send professional follow-up, rejection and next-step emails.
* Assign, track and review practical assessments.
* Keep candidates moving through the hiring process without unnecessary delays.
* Refer successful candidates to the CEO for a final interview.
* Maintain an accurate recruitment tracker in Google Sheets.
* Manage hiring communication through ---------- and email.
* Follow established candidate-sourcing and recruitment systems.
* Provide clear daily reports about completed work, pending actions and issues requiring attention.
* Identify problems and proactively suggest or implement solutions.

Requirements

* Perfect spoken and written English.
* Previous recruitment, candidate-screening, HR or hiring-coordination experience.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong organisation and time-management skills.
* Excellent judgment when evaluating candidates.
* Proactive and capable of solving problems independently.
* Comfortable making pass-or-fail recommendations.
* Highly familiar with Google Sheets, ---------- and professional email communication.
* Able to manage candidates for multiple positions without mixing up requirements.
* Reliable with deadlines, follow-ups and recordkeeping.
* Able to write professional and natural candidate messages.
* All work must be completed personally unless delegation is approved in advance.

The ideal candidate will become an extension of the CEO during the stages before the final interview. You should be able to understand our standards, apply them consistently and prevent weak or unsuitable candidates from advancing.

Compensation

Up to $10 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
