JOB OVERVIEW

We are expanding our dynamic media buying team and looking for an experienced TikTok Ads Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and aggressively scale high-performing campaigns. If you have a strong analytical background, understand the fast-paced nature of short-form video advertising, and know how to drive profitable conversions on TikTok, we want you on our team!

What You Will Be Doing
Campaign Setup & Scaling: Build, structure, and scale TikTok ad campaigns from scratch with a heavy focus on conversion, ROAS, and profitability.

Creative Testing: Continuously run A/B tests on video hooks, creatives, call-to-actions, and ad copy to find winning combinations.

Daily Optimization: Monitor core performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPM) daily to optimize spend and maximize return on investment.

Collaboration: Work closely with our video editors and creative team to brainstorm new angles based on current platform trends and data insights.

Account Management: Ensure account stability, manage daily budgets, and troubleshoot tracking or delivery issues.

What We Are Looking For
Proven Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience managing and scaling TikTok ad accounts with substantial monthly budgets.

Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of the TikTok Ads Manager, bidding strategies, pixel/events API tracking, and Spark Ads.

Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach with the ability to read metrics and make fast, calculated adjustments.

Communication: Excellent English communication skills for daily alignment and collaboration.

Remote Setup: Resourceful, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and equipped with a stable internet connection for independent remote work.
