JOB OVERVIEW

We are expanding our performance marketing team and looking for an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer to run and scale high-converting campaigns targeting the Philippines market. If you have a strong analytical background, love data-driven scaling, and know how to extract maximum profitability from paid search, we would love to see your work.

What You Will Be Doing
Campaign Management: Building, structuring, and scaling Google Ads campaigns from scratch (Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube) with a heavy focus on conversion and profitability in the Philippines.

A/B Testing: Continuously testing ad copy, headlines, landing page alignment, extensions, and bidding strategies.

KPI Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing daily performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Quality Score to maximize return on ad spend.

Keyword Strategy: Conducting deep keyword research, negative keyword management, and intent analysis tailored to the local audience.

Account Health: Keeping ad accounts compliant, monitoring tracking accuracy, and managing day-to-day budget allocations.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts with substantial monthly budgets, preferably within the Southeast Asian market.

Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Google Ads features, conversion tracking setups (Google Tag Manager, GA4), and sales funnel structures.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to read data, spot trends, and make quick, calculated adjustments.

Communication: Good communication skills in English for daily alignment and collaboration.

Work Ethic: Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet setup.
