JOB OVERVIEW

PAY: Pay is $15/image render. Most of our projects are 3–5 image renders. The more projects you take, the more you get paid.

COMMUNICATION: You will need to communicate directly with our contractors to understand what is needed for the renders and work through edits until renders are finished.

TURNAROUND TIME: We need someone who can have all project renders done within 24 hours.

STEADY WORK: We sell remodels every week, and every sold job needs images.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. For every project we send you real photos of the customer's kitchen or space, plus a written scope of exactly what's changing. We can usually also get you rough sketches, and often a walkthrough video of the space.
2. You turn those photos into photorealistic "after" images of the SAME room after the remodel.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS: Please send the following along with your application to be considered. Applications not including answers to the below questions will NOT be considered.

1. Send 2–3 before/after examples where you started from a real photo of a real room.
2. What tools do you use, and what's your realistic turnaround for a 4-image project?
3. Do rough sketches or a walkthrough video of the space help your process?
