JOB OVERVIEW

This is a small business - I sell online courses and coaching through free SEO organic content. I teach business owners how to organize their finances using unique spreadsheet templates and other software tools. I also teach bookkeepings, tax pros and coaches how to use my systems to help business owners.

This position will require you to work closely with me. I’m generous and accommodating, in exchange for someone that is organized, skilled and resourceful.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must be extremely organized (I am not organized)
- Be comfortable with creating SOPs and organizing tasks and parts of my business (a lot of the admin work will be focused on that)
- Know the line between asking questions and figuring things out (and keeping your questions organized)
- SEO research
- writing blog posts utilizing my YouTube videos
- Must be proficient in spreadsheets (using, formatting and sumifs formulas)
- Experienced with internet marketing/website platforms (tell me which ones and how much experience)

Optional skills:
- running ads with large audiences in the US and local audiences a plus also
- Video editing shorts from my larger videos
- Experience with Kartra or system.io

For example: The first project will be to organize my YouTube videos in a spreadsheet and update descriptions, with certain updated links. However, you’ll need to pause this project as additional smaller tasks come up. While keeping track of all projects.

While I am flexible on the exact hours you work after the trial period, you must be available to meet during regular business hours Hawaii time, live on zoom for update conversations, and use the time tracking feature.

Must send an email at the end of every day with an update on what you completed, and where you stand on other projects.

You must be very organized and able to manage tasks and organization and resourceful.

PAY:
- Starts at $6 per hour for 20 hours per week during the 3 month trial period, to increase to full time (which can happen faster if you are the right fit!)
- I’m flexible on when you work, as long as you are available and responsive during Hawaii business hours
- You must not have another job, whatever you are looking to make - you will be able to make with me if you have the above skills.
