JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Sourcing & Supply Chain Agent (China)
About the Role:
We are a medical device distributor sourcing products from Chinese manufacturers. We require a proactive sourcing agent to find, negotiate, and coordinate orders from Chinese factories through to final shipment destination.
What You'll Do:
Proactively research and identify Chinese factories across our product catalog
Contact factories via WeChat, negotiate pricing and lead times (target: under 15 days production)
Coordinate payment confirmation once orders are placed
Track all orders and ensure complete delivery to our China freight forwarder
Confirm complete shipments are dispatched correctly
Expand our supplier network proactively — we have a growing list of products we want to source
Maintain sourcing trackers and order status logs in Excel or Google Sheets
Daily Responsibilities:
Submit a daily end-of-day report covering:
Factories contacted + responses received
Active orders + current status
Blockers or issues needing attention
New products or factories identified
What We're Looking For:
Experience sourcing products from Chinese manufacturers
Comfortable using WeChat for factory communication (translation tools fine, no Mandarin required)
Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Reliable, results-driven, works independently
Available for check-ins during Philippine evening hours as needed
Spanish language skills a plus (not required)
