Chief of Staff / Business Operations Director

Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Pacific Time

We’re looking for a long-term leader to become the CEO’s right hand and help build and scale multiple businesses.

About the Role

This is not a Virtual Assistant position.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive leader who can manage people, improve systems, solve problems, and keep the business moving forward.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, overseeing daily operations across multiple companies.

Responsibilities

* Manage and support remote tea ---------- mbers.
* Hold employees accountable for goals and deadlines.
* Improve systems, SOPs, and workflows.
* Track KPIs and prepare executive reports.
* Coordinate operations, sales, and marketing teams.
* Help recruit, onboard, and develop employees.
* Drive projects from start to finish.
* Continuously improve efficiency using AI and automation.

Requirements

* 5+ years in Operations, Chief of Staff, Executive Operations, or a similar leadership role.
* Experience managing remote teams.
* Experience working with U.S. real estate, construction, remodeling, development, or property management companies.
* Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business operations.
* Knowledge of the California market is a strong advantage.
* Experience with CRM systems and project management software.
* Proficient with AI tools automation platforms.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Able to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time hours.
