JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Creative Strategist to own our content pipeline. You'll:

Write scripts for editors (hooks, VO, on-screen text, pacing)
Build detailed storyboards so editors have a clear shot-by-shot blueprint
Work directly with the founders on creative direction and campaign ideas
Recreate competitor ads — break down what's working and adapt it for our brand

Requirements:

Experience writing scripts and storyboards for short-form video
Strong eye for what makes ads convert
Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-moving environment
Portfolio of scripts, storyboards, or produced ads
