JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing automotive company, looking for a driven Sales & Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to generate spark interest, and turn conversations into cash.

5% Commission on every closing — your effort directly equals your income
20 hours a week — with full-time potential after 30 day evaluation
Room to grow - as the company expands we will be looking for some to manage the sales team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Call leads from incoming survey form on GHL
Manage incoming leads on Facebook Business Suite
Keep a spreadsheet and follow up with potential customers
Responding to Leads from other paid ads
Scraping Facebook groups of similar interest for potential leads
Closing the customer and acquiring all qualifying information
Communicate with Admin team after closing customer
Run Meta ad campaigns and build waitlist

Are confident, persuasive, and never let a hot lead go cold
Have hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager / Go High Level
Spend time on Social Media platforms and enjoy engaging in online forums
