**ManyChat Instagram Automation Specialist
Short-Term Contract**

Chic Couture Online is seeking an experienced ManyChat specialist for a short-term project to build and optimize our Instagram DM automation system.

The goal of this project is to increase website traffic, grow our email and SMS lists, improve customer response times, and convert more Instagram followers and engagement into sales.

Responsibilities

* Audit and organize our ManyChat account.
* Connect and properly configure our Instagram account.
* Build automated Instagram DM flows for comments, Reels, Stories, keywords, product launches, restocks, promotions, FAQs, and customer inquiries.
* Connect ManyChat with Klaviyo for email and SMS lead collection.
* Create tags, custom fields, customer segments, and source tracking.
* Add product, collection, and website links to the appropriate automations.
* Set up customer-service flows with live-agent handoff when necessary.
* Write clear, polished, on-brand messages that match Chic Couture Online’s luxurious and fashion-forward voice.
* Test every automation before launch and correct any issues.
* Create an organized automation map and naming system.
* Provide a recorded walkthrough explaining how the automations work and how our team can update them.

### Ideal Qualifications

* Proven experience building ManyChat automations for Instagram.
* Experience working with fashion, beauty, retail, or ecommerce brands.
* Strong portfolio showing successful comment-to-DM, Story, keyword, lead-generation, and sales automations.
* Advanced knowledge of ManyChat triggers, conditions, actions, tags, custom fields, segmentation, sequences, and Inbox routing.
* Current knowledge of Instagra ---------- ssaging rules, opt-in requirements, and the 24-hour messaging window.
* Experience integrating ManyChat with Klaviyo.
* Familiarity with Shopify stores and ecommerce customer journeys.
* Experience setting up Instagram DM advertising funnels through Meta Ads Manager.
* Strong sales copywriting and conversational funnel-writing skills.
* Ability to build flows that feel polished and personal rather than robotic.
* Experience tracking link clicks, lead sources, conversions, and automation performance.
* Strong attention to detail and thorough testing skills.
* Excellent communication, organization, and documentation.
* Ability to complete the entire project independently and provide brief post-launch support.
