JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Video Production Assistant to help create YouTube videos using our AI-powered application. This is not a traditional video editing position, as our software automates most of the production process. Your role is to follow our workflow, review the generated content, make simple adjustments when needed, and ensure each video meets our quality standards before it is ready for publishing. No programming or advanced editing experience is required. We provide full training, detailed documentation, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

Produce YouTube videos using our AI video generation software.
Import scripts and generate voiceovers.
Review AI-generated visuals and regenerate scenes when necessary.
Ensure narration, visuals, and timing are accurate.
Troubleshoot simple generation issues using our documentation.
Deliver final MP4 files that meet our quality standards.
Organize project files and keep production status updated.
Communicate progress with the team.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable learning new AI tools and software.
Good written English.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Ability to follow documented processes.
Strong organizational skills.
Responsible and able to work independently.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc.).
Experience creating YouTube content.
Basic understanding of video editing.
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Content Production Assistant.
