JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an really strong person who knows ElevenLabs (and who understands AI avatar video work) to help complete individual video projects.

I will provide:

The completed script
The specific avatar or agent to use
The ElevenLabs voice to use
Any basic instructions for the video

Your responsibility will be to create and refine the avatar video so the finished result looks professional, natural, and ready to publish.

Main Responsibilities
Create avatar videos using the script, avatar, and voice I provide
Generate and adjust the ElevenLabs voice when needed
Carefully review and improve the avatar’s lip synchronization
Fix timing issues between the voice, mouth movements, and facial expressions
Adjust pacing, pauses, pronunciation, and delivery when necessary
Make sure the avatar looks natural and does not appear obviously AI-generated
Export and send back a high-quality, completed MP4 video
Make reasonable revisions when lip-sync or timing improvements are needed
Required Experience

You must have strong, hands-on experience with:

ElevenLabs voice generation
AI avatar or AI agent video creation
Lip-sync correction and optimization
Voice timing and audio synchronization
MP4 video exporting
Producing clean, professional-quality videos

This is not an entry-level position. I am looking for someone who already understands how to troubleshoot poor lip synchronization, unnatural pauses, pronunciation problems, and avatar timing issues.

Project Type

This is a project-based position for individual videos, rather than a full-time job. Additional projects may be available when the work is completed accurately and professionally.

A description of how you improve lip synchronization when the initial result does not look natural
Your price per completed video or your hourly rate
Your normal turnaround time
The word “LIP SYNC” at the beginning of your application so I know you read the complete posting

Applications without relevant video samples will not be considered. 10-20 hours per week. Hours will vary by project. This is not a guaranteed weekly schedule. Most assignments will involve completing one avatar video at a time. Compensation will be agreed upon before each project based on the video’s length and effort involved. I supply script - I just want a great finished product. . Most videos will be 2-3 minutes. Please include your per-video rate in your application.
