JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We're a fast-growing 7-figure ecommerce company looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager to take ownership of our Amazon business.

This is not a basic VA position. We're looking for someone who has managed established Amazon brands, understands the platform inside and out, and can proactively identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability.

If you've successfully managed Amazon stores doing multiple seven figures in annual revenue, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing our Amazon Seller Central account
Optimizing listings (SEO, titles, bullets, images, A+ Content)
Launching new products
Managing and optimizing Amazon PPC
Monitoring TACoS, ACoS, CTR, CVR and profitability
Inventory forecasting and FBA replenishment
Resolving account health and catalog issues
Creating cases with Amazon support when needed
Competitor analysis and identifying growth opportunities
Weekly performance reporting with recommendations
Continuously improving our Amazon business
Requirements
Minimum 3 years managing Amazon Seller Central
Experience managing brands doing $1M+ per year (higher preferred)
Strong understanding of:
Amazon SEO
PPC
Listing optimization
Brand Registry
Flat files
Inventory forecasting
Catalog troubleshooting
Amazon policies
Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Sellerboard, DataDive or similar
Excellent written and spoken English
Highly organized and proactive
Strong analytical skills
Nice to Have
Shopify experience
Experience expanding into international Amazon marketplaces
Graphic design or creative testing knowledge
Experience launching new products from scratch
