JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented *Video Editor & Content Coordinator* to join our team. This role combines video editing with project coordination and light administrative support.

You will create meaningful videos celebrating the achievements of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while coordinating with our Directors to gather video footage and ensure projects are completed on time.

If you enjoy storytelling through video, have excellent organizational skills, and communicate professionally, we'd love to hear from you.

## Responsibilities

### Video Editing

* Edit anniversary and recognition videos using raw footage provided by our Directors.
* Create engaging short-form videos for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Add music, captions, transitions, graphics, and branding while maintaining a professional style.
* Export videos in the appropriate formats for various platforms.
* Ensure all videos meet quality standards and deadlines.

### Project Coordination

* Request raw video footage from Directors via email.
* Follow up through email and WhatsApp to ensure footage is received on time.
* Track the progress of each video project from start to completion.
* Coordinate multiple video requests while meeting deadlines.

### Administrative Support

* Maintain organized digital folders and video archives.
* Keep accurate records of completed and pending projects.
* Update video tracking spreadsheets and production logs.
* Assist with other light administrative tasks related to video production.

## Qualifications

### Required

* Experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
* Strong English written communication skills.
* Excellent organization and time management.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Reliable internet connection and computer capable of video editing.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

### Preferred

* Experience creating content for social media.
* Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
* Experience working with remote teams.
* Basic understanding of storytelling and brand consistency.
