JOB OVERVIEW

Mortgage Business Development Representative (Outbound Sales)

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Business Development Representative to build relationships with real estate agents and generate referral business through outbound cold calling.

Requirements:

Fluent English is REQUIRED.

Previous mortgage or real estate experience is REQUIRED.

Ability to make 100+ outbound cold calls every business day.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Make 100+ cold calls daily to licensed real estate agents and brokers.

Build new Realtor relationships and maintain existing ones.

Generate referrals and schedule appointments for our mortgage team.

Keep accurate CRM records and follow up consistently.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals.
