JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a French and English -speaking Virtual Assistant to become a key part of my business and grow alongside my work.

My universe sits at the intersection of Tantra, Conscious Kink, embodiment, transformational bodywork, retreats, coaching, and artistic performances using the power of sexual energy.

This is not a conventional VA role.

I'm looking for someone who is naturally organized, emotionally intelligent, proactive, and genuinely excited by this world. Someone who can help create an exceptional client experience while supporting the growth of a purpose-driven business.

About Me

I am Vixen, a Tantric & Conscious Kink Guide.

I accompany individuals and couples through transformative experiences that combine embodiment, intimacy, nervous system regulation, conscious power dynamics, and personal growth.

Your Responsibilities
Client Experience
Reply to client inquiries (Telegram, WhatsApp, Email & booking platforms)
Qualify new leads
Schedule discovery calls
Manage the complete booking pipeline
Send proposals, questionnaires and payment instructions
Coordinate bookings and logistics
Follow up after sessions
Collect testimonials
Calendar & Operations
Manage my calendar and availability
Coordinate travel logistics
Organize retreats and workshops
Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
CRM & Administration
Maintain and improve my Notion workspace
Update the client database
Track bookings and payments
Organize forms and documents
Create and improve internal systems
Marketing Support
Update my listings across various websites
Publish travel schedules
Upload testimonials and new content
Update offers and pricing
Help prepare newsletters and announcements
Additional Projects

Who You Are

You are someone who:

Speaks French fluently (required)
Has a good level of written English
Loves creating order and efficient systems
Is proactive and takes initiative
Pays attention to details
Is reliable and highly organized
Communicates with warmth and professionalism
Can manage confidential information with discretion
Feels comfortable discussing sexuality, intimacy, relationships, BDSM, and Tantra in a mature, respectful and non-judgmental way
Huge Bonus If...
You have experience with Tantra, embodiment, coaching, psychology, yoga, conscious sexuality or BDSM.
You already use Notion.
You're comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.).
You enjoy optimizing workflows and creating systems.
You love supporting meaningful businesses with heart and purpose.
