JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated, professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and fluent English speaker to join our team as a customer engagement and sales representative.

In this role, you will communicate with customers through online messaging building positive customer relationships, and helping drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, enjoys interacting with people, and is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries through online chat in a timely and professional manner.
-Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
-Provide personalized support while following company guidelines.
-Encourage customer engagement and retention through meaningful conversations.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
-Excellent written English and grammar.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer service, chat support, sales, or virtual assistant experience is preferred but not required.
-Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
-Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
