About the role

I run Fit the Word, a growing word-game community on Reddit — quick, tappable word puzzles that people play and share right inside the subreddit. I'm looking for a sharp, reliable Reddit native to help take the community to the next level over the coming weeks.

This is a full-time, 8 hours/day role through the end of July 2026, with strong potential to extend for the right person. Your mission is simple: keep the subreddit active, clean, and growing.

What you'll do

Create and publish quizzes daily — as many high-quality quizzes as you can, using our in-app tools (full training provided; no coding needed)
Moderate the comments — remove spam, rule-breaking, and low-quality posts; keep the tone friendly and fun
Keep everything running smoothly — schedule and upload content consistently, spot issues early, and flag anything that needs my attention
Engage the community — reply to players, encourage participation, and help conversations grow
Requirements (please read carefully)

? An established Reddit account with substantial karma — this is essential (not a brand-new or throwaway account)
? Hands-on experience moderating a subreddit — you know Reddit's tools, culture, and rules
? Excellent written English — you'll be writing quiz content and engaging with an English-speaking audience
? Reliable, self-directed, and consistent — you can produce volume without hand-holding
? Available full-time (8 hrs/day) for the contract period

Experience growing or managing an online community
A feel for what makes content fun, shareable, and engaging
