JOB OVERVIEW

UK-Experienced Accountant Required – Immediate Start

I am looking for a competent, reliable accountant with practical experience in UK accounting and taxation to assist with a selection of client jobs.

The work may include:

Reviewing and completing bookkeeping in Xero

Preparing accounts and working papers

Reviewing accounting records for errors or missing information

Assisting with UK tax return preparation

Completing clearly defined accounting tasks to a high standard

You must have:

Strong experience with UK accounting practices

Good working knowledge of Xero

Experience preparing accounts and tax information

Excellent attention to detail

Clear written English and good communication skills

The ability to work independently and meet deadlines

This role is initially for approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential for further ongoing work for the right person.

Some work needs to be started immediately, so please only apply if you currently have availability.
