JOB OVERVIEW

Job description:

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive new client acquisition through outbound cold calling, cold emailing, and other prospecting strategies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the US estate loan industry and understands the unique sales cycle, terminology, and compliance considerations involved in this space.

This role is critical to our growth — you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Execute email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Research and identify potential clients within the US real estate and lending market.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM systems.
• Follow up consistently with leads through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
• Experience in the US real estate loan, mortgage, or lending industry is required.
• Strong cold calling and phone communication skills.
• Experience with email prospecting and outbound sales campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar.
• Ability to research prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, or lead databases.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
