JOB OVERVIEW

I own a photo, video, and social media company in Atlanta, USA. I am hiring ONE full-time editor to work directly with me for the long term. This is a stable job, not a short project.

I am not looking for only a video editor. I need one person who can do two things: edit videos AND do graphic design. Example: edit a video in the morning, then retouch product photos in the afternoon.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

My clients include jewelry brands, home builders, food and drink brands, sports, and lifestyle brands. Your daily work will include:

Short-form social videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Talking-head and interview videos
Product videos and brand videos
Graphic design: product photo retouching, social media graphics, simple layouts

REQUIREMENTS

-Strong Premiere Pro experience. You must know how to package a project folder and send it to me, so we can both work on the same project
-Strong Photoshop experience. Real retouching and photo editing, not just filters.
-DaVinci Resolve experience. Serious editors have spent real time in this program.
-Experience using Claude (the AI tool from Anthropic)
-Available full-time, with reliable internet and a computer that can edit 4K video
-You must work US Eastern Time (EST) hours. Please only apply if you can do this every day.

A NOTE ABOUT AI

I use AI tools every day. That is why Claude experience is strongly recommended. But do NOT use AI to write your application. I can tell when AI wrote it, and I will delete it. Write your application yourself, in your own words. A short, honest application is better than a long AI one.

c. Give one real example of how you have used Claude/AI in your editing or design work.

Your computer specs (CPU, RAM, GPU) and your internet speed.

Confirm that you can work US Eastern Time (EST) hours full-time, and tell me if you have any schedule limits.
