JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident, reliable cold caller to contact leads, start conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to assigned leads
2. Follow provided scripts and call procedures
3. Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
4. Update lead records and submit daily activity reports
5. Maintain professional communication throughout every call

Requirements
1. Strong spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence
2. Previous cold-calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience
3. Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet
4. Comfortable working with call scripts, CRMs, and performance targets
5. Screenshot monitoring is mandatory
6. You must remain in the assigned Zoom breakout room throughout your entire shift
