We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Marketing Coordinator to help keep client projects, campaigns, and recurring marketing work moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain projects, assignments, deadlines, and status updates in the agency’s project management system.
- Help coordinate marketing, creative, content, website, and digital advertising projects from assignment through completion.
- Break projects into clear next steps and confirm that responsibilities, deadlines, and dependencies are documented.
-Monitor active work across multiple clients and identify assignments that are delayed, missing information, or waiting for approval.
- Follow up with internal tea
- Help manage recurring monthly work, including social media calendars, blog content,
- Confirm that completed work has been reviewed, delivered, documented, and properly closed.
- Maintain organized client files, shared documents, meeting notes, project history, and related materials.
- Communicate professionally with clients by
- Help prepare client agendas, status updates, timelines, and project summaries.
- Document decisions, action items, and next steps following client and internal meetings.
- Escalate concerns to the appropriate Account Manager when a deadline, approval, or client issue may affect the project.
- Marketing and Account Team Support
- Assist with gathering information for marketing plans, campaign briefs, content calendars, reports, and presentations.
- Review assignments and documents for completeness, accuracy, spelling, formatting, working links, and basic quality before they move to the next stage.
- Help track campaign launches and confirm that required creative, copy, links, approvals, budgets, and tracking elements are in place.
- Maintain an accurate daily record of time worked by client and assignment.

-Anticipate missing information, approvals, or dependencies that could delay production.
-Help the team become more consistent, accountable, and efficient.
-Take genuine pride in getting the details right and seeing work through to completion.
Required Skills and Experience
-At least three years of experience in marketing coordination, account coordination, project management, or a similar role.
-Previous experience working for a marketing, advertising, creative, digital, or web agency is strongly preferred.
-Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple clients, projects, deadlines, and tea
-Exceptional organizational skills and close attention to detail.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Ability to write polished, professional client
-Strong follow-through and a willingness to respectfully ask questions or send reminders when something is needed.
-Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and make progress without constant supervision.
-Comfortable learning new platforms, processes, terminology, and client accounts.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Experience using a project management platform and maintaining detailed digital project records.
-Reliable computer equipment, high-speed internet, and a professional remote-work environment.
Helpful but Not Required
-Experience coordinating website design or development projects.
-Familiarity with social media, content marketing,
-Experience supporting hotel, hospitality, or professional-services clients.
-Experience working remotely with a U.S.-based agency or client team.
-Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Webflow, Canva, Mailchimp, or digital advertising platforms.
You do not need to be an expert in every marketing discipline. You do need to be curious, resourceful, highly organized, and willing to learn how the different parts of an integrated marketing program work together.
Working Arrangement
-Consistent weekly availability is required.
-Some working-hour overlap with the our team in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone will be established.
-The position may have the opportunity to grow over time based on performance, agency needs, and mutual fit.
