JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to build AI-powered systems that automate customer support and improve business operations.

Your first project will be building an AI customer support system for our Shopify store using AI, APIs, and n8n.

Responsibilities

Build AI workflows using n8n.
Integrate Shopify, Gmail, and AI models (OpenAI/Claude).
Classify customer emails and automate responses.
Build AI-powered customer support tools.
Maintain and improve our AI knowledge base.
Continuously identify new automation opportunities across the business.
Attend weekly meetings to update AI workflows and business knowledge.

Requirements:

Experience building AI automations.
Experience with n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
JavaScript or Python.
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Shopify experience is a plus but not required.
