JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly skilled Email Designer with experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce to join our growing marketing team.

This is not just a graphic design position. We need someone who understands how to create emails that generate clicks, conversions, and revenue.

You'll be working with multiple ecommerce brands in the health, wellness, skincare, and lifestyle industries.

Responsibilities
Design high-converting email campaigns in Figma, Photoshop, or Canva
Build responsive emails inside Klaviyo
Write compelling email copy that matches each campaign
Create promotional, educational, launch, and automated emails
Design clean, modern layouts with strong mobile optimization
Follow brand guidelines while introducing fresh creative ideas
Build email flows including:
Welcome Series
Abandoned Cart
Browse Abandonment
Win Back
Post Purchase
Cross Sell
VIP Campaigns
Source or edit product imagery when needed
Ensure every email has clear hierarchy and strong CTAs
Work closely with our marketing team to improve click-through rates and conversion rates
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of DTC ecommerce email marketing experience
Strong Klaviyo experience
Excellent graphic design skills
Strong English writing skills
Experience writing promotional email copy
Understanding of ecommerce marketing psychology
Experience with:
Figma
Adobe Photoshop
Canva
Klaviyo
Able to design clean, premium-looking emails
Understand spacing, typography, and conversion-focused layouts
Able to meet deadlines consistently
Detail-oriented
Bonus Points

Experience with:

Shopify
AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
SMS marketing
A/B testing
UGC and Meta Ads
