We're looking for a high-energy, disciplined Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is not a customer service role—it's a proactive sales position focused on generating opportunities through consistent outbound calling and daily sales activities.

What You'll Do
Make a high volume of outbound calls every day to prospective clients and referral partners.
Follow proven scripts while building genuine conversations.
Schedule appointments for our leadership and sales teams.
Track all activity accurately in our CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects.
Prospect through phone, email, text, and social media when appropriate.
Help build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
Participate in tea ---------- etings, coaching sessions, and ongoing sales training.

Experience in sales, inside sales, call centers, mortgage, real estate, recruiting, or business development is a plus—but attitude and drive matter most.
