JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing headlamp brand, one of the biggest in our category, scaling hard into the US to become the biggest globally. Most of our buyers are women buying gifts for the men in their lives.

We're looking for a video editor whose real craft is AI. Not someone who dabbles in AI. Someone who lives in it every day.

If AI isn't your daily craft, this won't be for you!


The Role

Every morning you watch what competitors are producing in AI ads. You make AI hooks and B-roll for our editors to use that day. Once or twice a week you edit a full AI ad yourself.


What You Need to Be Able to Make

- AI B-roll (product shots, use-case shots, lifestyle shots)
- AI hook clips (3-6 seconds)
- Claymation-style AI ads
- Warehouse and product B-roll (boxes, unboxing, packaging)
- Bottom-of-funnel and sale B-roll (discount hooks, product reveals)
- Real-looking UGC-style AI B-roll (looks like a person filmed it)


Tools You Need

- Higgsfield
- ElevenLabs for voiceover
- Nano Banana for images
- CapCut for editing

If you can't produce all of the above, this isn't your role.


Beyond the AI

- Understandable spoken English
- Portfolio of AI ads that ran on Meta or TikTok with real performance
- Strong understanding of hooks and how ads convert
- Reliable, takes feedback well, delivers on time
- You watch AI ad trends every day


What You'll Be Doing

- Making daily AI B-roll and hooks for our shared library
- Watching competitors like Lockslide and remaking their best AI formats in our style within 24-48 hours
- Editing full AI ads once or twice a week
- Working with our editors, strategists, and claymation specialist


Growth Path

We're building the AI side of the team from scratch. The person who joins now becomes the senior AI creative in 2027 as we scale.
