Amazon PPC Manager

We're a fast-growing, AI-first Amazon PPC agency from Germany — with a strong team culture. We help our clients get more out of every advertising dollar, and we're building something bigger: we want to become the leading agency for AI-powered PPC automation. We already run reporting, keyword research and account monitoring with AI (Claude Cowork & Claude Code) — and we're just getting started.

We're a small, tight-knit team (currently three colleagues in the Philippines) that takes work seriously and genuinely has fun doing it. We're performance-driven, always improving, and we win together. Because we're onboarding several big new clients, we need more PPC firepower — that's where you come in.
What you'll do
Own the monitoring and strategy for your Amazon accounts — with a holistic view, not just numbers.
Plan, build and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Look beyond PPC: give clients listing-optimization suggestions that lift click-through and conversion — better listings mean better results in their Sellerboard, and happier clients.
Turn data into decisions using our proven frameworks (keyword research, SQPR analysis, bid strategy).
Help us build and scale AI automations for PPC — we do our reporting and much of our workflow with Claude, and you'll help push it further.
What we're looking for
2–4 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, ideally at an agency or a large FBA seller.
Strong command of Amazon PPC (SP, SB, SD), bulk files, SQPR reports, and campaign strategy & setup.
Sharp analytical skills and the ability to think independently and take ownership.
Comfortable with Sellerboard and weekly KPI tracking.
Strong written and spoken English.
You love AI and want to become a pioneer in PPC automation. Experience with Claude is a big plus — expert level is ideal, but genuine curiosity and a fast-learning mindset matter most.

A plus: you already own a MacBook with an Apple M-chip (M1 or newer).
