## About Us

We are two established creative entrepreneurs seeking one highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy E-commerce Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our growing businesses.

This is a full-time remote position supporting two business owners whose companies operate in the custom products, print-on-demand, and digital product industries. We collaborate closely, use many of the same systems, and are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career—not just complete tasks.

## What You'll Be Doing

As our E-commerce Operations Specialist, you'll help keep our businesses running smoothly while supporting daily operations across multiple online sales channels.

### E-commerce Operations

• Manage Etsy shops

• Assist with Shopify store management

• Support standalone e-commerce websites

• Create and optimize product listings

• Upload new products

• Update pricing, descriptions, collections, tags, and product information

• Monitor listings for accuracy and consistency

• Identify opportunities to improve shop performance and customer experience

### Customer Service

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries

• Resolve order issues

• Track shipments and communicate updates

• Assist with returns, exchanges, and order modifications

• Maintain exceptional customer service standards

### Product Management

• Upload product images and mockups

• Organize digital products and files

• Maintain product collections

• Ensure consistent branding across all sales channels

• Assist with product launches

---

### Administrative Support

• Google Workspace

• Google Drive organization

• Spreadsheet management

• Internet research

• SOP documentation

• Calendar and task management

• General administrative support

---

### Marketing Support

• Schedule social media content

• Upload blog content

• Assist with email marketing campaigns

• Organize marketing assets

• Help prepare promotional campaigns and product launches

### AI & Technology

• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve efficiency

• Assist with AI-generated content and product descriptions

• Learn new software quickly

• Recommend workflow improvements and process efficiencies
