JOB OVERVIEW

Publish Experts helps coaches and consultants scale their online coaching businesses. We sell programs ranging from $3,000–$10,000 USD, including monthly payment plans.

We are hiring a friendly, organized, and persistent Payment Recovery Specialist to manage failed payments and recover outstanding balances.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor failed payments through Whop and Fanbasis
Contact customers by phone, SMS, and email
Help customers update their payment method
Follow up until payment is recovered or the account is escalated
Track all activity and payment commitments in Close CRM
Coordinate the suspension or restoration of Circle and WhatsApp access
Reconcile failed and recovered payments daily
Provide daily reports on overdue and recovered payments
Ensure no failed payment or follow-up is missed

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable making outbound calls
Friendly but confident when discussing overdue payments
Highly organized and consistent with follow-ups
Experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or sales follow-up
Strong attention to detail and CRM skills
Able to work hours that overlap with Eastern Time
Reliable internet and a quiet calling environment

Experience with Close CRM, Whop, Fanbasis, Circle, or online coaching businesses is an advantage.

COMPENSATION

Competitive monthly salary based on experience, with potential performance bonuses based on recovered cash.
