We’re Hiring: Full-Time AI-Powered Social Media & Content VA (Work From Home)
Are you passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to create stunning content? Do you have a great eye for design, an eagle eye for detail, and a drive to constantly learn and stay ahead of digital trends? We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Social Media Specialist to join our growing team on a full-time basis!

In this role, you will be our primary content creator—using AI tools, Canva, and HeyGen to produce visually compelling graphics, videos, and copy.

Job Overview
Position: Social Media & Content Specialist
Type: Full-Time (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
Shift: Arizona Time Zone (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time)
Setup: 100% Remote / Work From Home
Key Responsibilities
AI Content Generation: Write engaging captions, posts, and script ideas primarily using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
Graphic Design: Create aesthetic, visually engaging graphics, banners, and carousels using Canva paired with AI image generation tools.
Video Production: Produce realistic, high-quality AI avatar and voiceover videos using HeyGen and edit them for short-form video platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
Content Scheduling & Management: Organize and schedule content across various social media channels, ensuring consistent posting schedules and a cohesive visual brand.
What We Are Looking For
Strong Eye for Design: You have a natural sense of aesthetics, layout, color harmony, typography, and visual hierarchy—ensuring every piece of content looks polished and professional.
AI-First Mindset: Enthusiasm for using AI tools to streamline content creation and boost efficiency.
Proficiency in Core Tools:

Canva: Strong graphic design sense and layout skills.
HeyGen: Experience (or quick capability to learn) generating AI video avatars and scripts.
Keen Attention to Detail: You double-check your work for grammatical accuracy, clean visuals, brand consistency, and proper formatting before publishing.
Great Character & Attitude: Positive, reliable, honest, and a great team player who communicates proactively.
Growth Mindset: High willingness to learn new software, workflows, and digital marketing strategies as AI technology evolves.
Technical Requirements
Stable, high-speed internet connection with a backup plan.
A reliable computer/laptop capable of handling video rendering and multiple browser tabs.
A quiet, dedicated home office workspace.
