JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established U.S. e-commerce manufacturer seeking a detailed-oriented Amazon Operations VA. You will work directly under our Senior Amazon Strategist to execute weekly account updates and manage daily catalog health.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute weekly PPC punch lists (adjusting bids, adding negative keywords, updating match types).

Monitor Seller Central for stranded inventory, listing suppressions, or variation errors.

Run daily/weekly keyword tracking and ACoS/TACoS reports in Helium 10 / Excel.

Manage Seller Support cases to resolution.

Requirements:

2+ years of direct experience inside Amazon Seller Central.

Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Seller Board.

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Excellent written English.*
