Creative Space Online Counseling and Coaching, LLC is a growing mental health, education, and wellness organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality clinical services, professional education, and community programming. We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Writer to help identify funding opportunities and prepare compelling grant applications that support our mission and continued growth.
## Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Grant Writer who has a proven history of securing grant funding. This individual will research grant opportunities, prepare competitive proposals, collaborate with leadership to gather required information, and manage the grant submission process from beginning to end.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, has excellent research and writing skills, and is passionate about helping organizations obtain funding.
## Responsibilities
* Research federal, state, local, foundation, and private grant opportunities.
* Identify grants that align with our organization's mission and programs.
* Write persuasive grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documentation.
* Prepare budgets and gather required attachments as needed.
* Track grant deadlines and maintain a grant calendar.
* Coordinate with leadership to obtain program information and financial data.
* Ensure applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
* Maintain organized records of submitted proposals and outcomes.
* Assist with grant reporting if funding is awarded.
* Recommend strategies to improve funding success.
## Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience writing successful grant proposals.
* Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Strong research and analytical abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience working with nonprofit organizations, healthcare, education, behavioral health, or social services is strongly preferred.
* Familiarity with U.S. grant funding sources is highly preferred.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online grant databases.
