> Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive Marketing & Community Growth Specialist to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across multiple brands.
This role combines digital marketing, social media management, content creation, community engagement, CRM management, campaign execution, and performance analysis. If you're organized, creative, data-driven, and enjoy building brands, we'd love to hear from you.

> Responsibilities
- Social Media & Community Growth
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Engage with online communities and respond to messages and comments.
- Marketing Campaign Management
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to support brand initiatives.
- Digital Marketing & CRM
- Support digital marketing activities across multiple brands.
- Maintain customer and lead records in HubSpot (CRM).
- Business Development & Lead Generation
- Reach out to potential customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales team.
- Research & Performance Analysis
- Research competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and suggest ideas for improvement.

> Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, brand marketing, or community management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
- Community management & Facebook Group marketing
- Copywriting to engaging social media and encourages customer engagement.
- Lead generation

> Experience With
- Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Canva, Slack, Notion
- Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- HubSpot or another CRM platform
- ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools

+ Bonus Qualifications +
Experience with any of the following is a plus: Graphic design, Video editing, Virtual Assistant experience, Working with U.S.-based businesses, Restaurant, hospitality, retail, real estate, or construction industries
