# Experienced B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Merchant Services)

**Part-Time | Remote | Philippines Preferred**

We're looking for an experienced, confident cold caller to help set appointments with business owners in the United States for our merchant services company.

This is **not** an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who has experience making outbound B2B calls and is comfortable speaking with decision-makers.

## Schedule

**Monday–Thursday**
**9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time (US)**
(20 hours per week)

These hours are specifically chosen because they are when business owners are most likely to answer their phones.

## Responsibilities

* Cold call U.S. business owners.
* Get past gatekeepers and speak with decision-makers.
* Build rapport quickly.
* Schedule qualified appointments.
* Accurately update the CRM after each call.
* Follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational.

## Requirements

* Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
* Previous B2B cold calling experience.
* Experience calling U.S. businesses.
* Merchant services/payment processing experience is a major plus.
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
* High-quality USB headset.
* Comfortable using CRM and dialer software.
