JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Call Confirmer and Client Relations VA

About the Role
We are a fast-growing commercial insurance lead generation agency based in the US, currently working with 21 active partners across the country. We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken VA to join our team and take complete ownership of all phone-based communication, call confirmation, and lead follow-up. This is a full-time remote role with clear responsibilities and room to grow as the business scales.

Your Primary Responsibilities

Confirm every booked sales call on the calendar before it happens
Follow up with and rebook all no-shows
Reactivate leads sitting in the CRM who have not yet responded
Call prospects who have not booked after showing interest
Follow up on unsigned contracts
Follow up on unpaid invoices
Rebook any reschedules
Send sales assets (Loom videos, overviews, links) on behalf of Oliver when requested
Anything phone or CRM related is your job, Oliver does not touch the dialer

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken English, clear, confident, and natural sounding
Comfortable on the phone making and receiving calls to US-based business owners
Self-starter who can manage their own task list without constant supervision
Familiar with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a bonus)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional environment
Available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time

Hours and Pay

Full time, 40 hours per week
$5 to $8 per hour depending on experience
Paid weekly or bi-weekly
