JOB OVERVIEW

SMK Creations is a UK web design and digital marketing agency that builds websites that generate leads.

We work with businesses across a wide range of industries, creating websites, landing pages, blogs and SEO content that not only looks great, but helps our clients grow.

We are now looking for an AI Content Specialist to join our growing remote team.

This isn't a traditional content writing role.

We believe AI is transforming the way great content is created. Rather than spending hours writing every word from scratch, we use AI to accelerate research and first drafts, then apply human expertise to create content that is engaging, accurate and genuinely useful.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating high-quality website and SEO content for our clients.

Typical work includes:

Writing complete website content from client questionnaires
Creating SEO landing pages
Writing blog articles
Rewriting and improving AI-generated content
Researching industries and competitors
Creating compelling calls-to-action
Ensuring every page follows SEO best practice
Working closely with our design and SEO teams
Uploading content into our project management system
Following our internal content and SEO standards

AI is a Core Part of This Role

We don't expect you to avoid AI.

We expect you to master it.

You should enjoy experimenting with new AI tools and finding better ways to produce outstanding content.

You'll be encouraged to improve our prompts, build workflows, recommend new tools and help make the whole business more efficient.

We're looking for someone who sees AI as a superpower, not a shortcut.

The Ideal Candidate

You have:

Excellent written English
Outstanding research skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience writing website content
Good understanding of SEO
Experience using ChatGPT or other AI writing tools
A desire to keep learning new AI tools and techniques
The ability to write naturally so content never feels AI-generated
Strong organisational skills
Reliability and excellent communication
