About the Role

Seller Fuel (dba Toy Launch) is looking for a sharp, hands-on Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department.
You'll own hiring, pay and benefits administration, and company policy from end to end.

This role is for someone who wants to build the HR function, not just maintain it.

What You'll Do

- Partner with leadership on hiring plans, retention strategy, and succession planning
- Guide HR staff and managers through complex or sensitive employee issues
- Handle delicate situations directly, including accommodations, misconduct investigations, and terminations
- Run the full hiring process for managerial, exempt, and professional roles
- Work with department managers to define the skills and experience each open role needs
- Research pay and benefits trends and recommend competitive programs that help us keep top talent
- Build learning and development programs that grow our people from within
- Lead disciplinary meetings, terminations, and workplace investigations
- Keep the company compliant with employment laws and regulations, and update policies as needed
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and new tools in talent management

- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate without dropping the ball
- Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism
- Solid knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Comfortable with Google Suite or similar tools
- Able to learn our HRIS and talent management systems quickly
